Members of the WVRA helped out with the local Jamboree on the Air (JOTA) at the Camp Phillips Scout Area. We ran SSB and FT8 plus Fusion and D-Star to give the scouts a good exposure to ham radio. Highlights included contacting Patagonia and (slightly cheating) Scotland via D-Star. The Scottish accent wowed the kids!
