The WVRA will help out with the Wausau Marathon again this year on Sunday, August 23. Net control will be ran by Bob AA9RB and Wendy KC9VIO positioned in Marathon Park with various club members spread along the route to provide help as needed. Contact Bob AA9RB for details.
“We will be using the 146.82 repeater as it has demonstrated the ability to cover the event perimeter. We can test alternatives throughout the event to help determine if there are other suitable options for future events.”
